Leeds Building Society has amended rates and APRC’s across various products in their Residential and Shared Ownership product ranges.
Monmouthshire Building Society
Monmouthshire Building Society launched new purchase and remortgage products for new customers and rate switch products for existing customers.
Natwest
Natwest has made various rate changes on select residential products and have withdrawn their Green mortgage range.
Newcastle Building Society
Newcastle Building Society has launched new Residential products at 90% and 95% LTV.
Progressive Building Society
Progressive Building Society have withdrawn select products. They have launched several 2 and 5 year fixed and variable products available up to 85% max LTV for remortgages and 90% max LTV for purchase.
Principality Building Society
Principality Building Society has updated rates on selected Residential and Buy to Let products, changed 85% and 90% LTV Residential products from First Time Buyers only to Purchase only, as well as increasing the minimum loan of products with product fees to £140,000.
West Bromwich Building Society
West Bromwich Building Society has launched a new 2 year fixed no fee purchase only product at 95% LTV.
