Santander UK Plc has updated rates and increased maximum LTVs on selected products. End dates have also been rolled on to October, and new products have been added to their range.
Stafford Railway Building Society
Stafford Railway Building Society has launched a new 3.09% Discounted Variable Mortgage Buy-to-Let / Expat / Holiday Buy-to-Let product at 70% LTV.
TSB
TSB has made select rate reductions across their Residential ranges and withdrawn their 2 & 5 Year Fixed products with a £1495 fee.
