Coventry for intermediaries has cut selected rates by up to 20 basis points on their Standard Residential, Product Transfer and Offset mortgage range, with the changes applying to 65% LTV and below.
Products also include a standard valuation up to £670 and their Remortgage Transfer Service, where applicable.
Highlights of the Residential range include:
- 1.09% 2 Year Fixed to 30.06.23 with ERCs until 30.06.23. 50% LTV, £999 product fee. (Available for remortgage only)
- 1.75% 5 Year Fixed to 30.06.26 with ERCs until 30.06.26. 65% LTV, no product fee. (Available for remortgage only)
