Coventry Building Society
Coventry Building Society has updated rates on selected Residential products and increased the product fee from £499 to £999 across their Flexx fixed rate Residential products.
Just
Just has made rate increases across their J1, J2, J2.5 and Green LTV series. Their J4 LTV series has aligned for both joint and single life alongside a rate decrease.
Leek United Building Society
Leek United Building Society has relaunched their retention range of products by reducing interest rates and extending end dates to September on both residential and BTL products.
Newcastle Building Society
Newcastle Building Society has updated selected rates and extended end dates to November across their Interest Only products.
The Mortgage Works
The Mortgage Works has extended end dates to August of the applicable year on retention products.
Virgin Money
Virgin Money has made rate reductions across their whole range, and have launched two new Shared Ownership products and a 2 year Mortgage Guarantee products at 95% LTV.
