Accord
Accord has increased their loan-to-income threshold cap from £60,000 to £70,000. Accord now only allows an LTI of five times for household incomes of £70,000 and above. All household incomes below £70,000 will be capped at 4.49 times.
Hanley Economic Building Society
Hanley Economic Building Society has withdrawn Residential 3.89% 2 Year Fixed product at
95% LTV (MFD425).
Leeds Building Society
Leeds Building Society has made the following changes:
- End dates extended across Buy to Let, Holiday Let, Interest Only, and Portfolio Buy to Let ranges.
- £500 cashback added to Residential 2 year 95% LTV fixed rate at 3.60%.
- Affordable Housing retention range refreshed with end dates extended to October.
- Selected Shared Ownership retention rates reduced by up to 0.11%.
Leek Building Society
Leek Building Society have made various rate changes to select new business products and extended end dates to November of the applicable year.
