Barclays Bank
Barclays Bank has reduced interest rates on select Residential and Buy to Let mortgages and increased the maximum LTV on various Core Buy to Let products to 75%.
Beverley Building Society
Beverley Building Society has revised rates and LTV bandings for selected products.
Coventry Building Society
Coventry Building Society has made rate changes across their Residential Offset mortgage range. They have also extended end dates.
Landbay
Landbay has reduced the minimum property value to £75,000 on selected Special Edition products, and increased the maximum property value to £3,000,000 across their Special Edition product range.
Leeds Building Society
Leeds Building Society has reduced selected Residential fixed rates by up to 0.30%, including their Flexit range. A new Residential 95% LTV, £499 fee product at 3.45% has been launched. Selected Buy to Let and Portfolio Buy to Let fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.07%.
Market Harborough Building Society
Market Harborough Building Society has temporarily withdrawn their Expat products for Buy To Let and Residential applications as well as their Short Term Finance products.
Newcastle Building Society
Newcastle Building Society has launched and withdrawn selected 2 Year 85% LTV Residential products.
The Mortgage Lender
The Mortgage Lender has launched three new BTL products, including a 2 Year Fixed Special Edition product, a 5 Year Fixed product with a £2495 fee, and a Remortgage Only Non-Portfolio product.
TSB
TSB decreased rates on selected First Time Buyer and House Purchase products.
West Bromwich Building Society
West Bromwich Building Society decreased rates on selected Residential Purchase and Remortgage products.
Yorkshire Building Society
Yorkshire Building Society has extended end dates to October on all products, updated rates on selected products and has launched 2 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage products at 95% LTV.
