Accord
Accord have made select product withdrawals under their new business and retention ranges. Their retention range for Residential has been updated with select rates and end dates extended to October, whereas the BTL range has been updated with select rates and end dates extended to September instead.
Fleet Mortgages
Fleet Mortgages have changed their criteria to include LLP applications with extended criteria applicable.
Monmouthshire Building Society
Monmouthshire Building Society have made select product updates and launches to their Residential range both available for new business and retention.
The Tipton & Coseley Building Society
The Tipton & Coseley Building Society has updated the maximum loan amount to £400,000 on all of their 90% LTV products.
TSB Direct & Intermediary
TSB has amended rates across their Direct and Intermediary product ranges. They have also introduced new FTB and Purchase products at 95% LTV.
West Bromwich Building Society
West Bromwich Building Society has reduced rates on six standard core range products.
