Chorley Building Society withdrew selected 2 and 3 year discount products.
Coventry Building Society
Coventry Building Society has launched a new 2 year fixed £999 fee residential product at 95% LTV and has decreased rates on 5 year fixed products at 95% LTV.
Keystone
Keystone has updated product codes on all products and reduced selected rates. They have also introduced cashback on Larger Loan products (£750 cashback for loans £200k- £500k & £750 cashback for loans of £500,001-£1m).
Loughborough Building Society
Loughborough Building Society launched new 2 year Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor products.
Principality Building Society
Principality Building Society has launched new FTB products at 85% and 90% LTV.
Saffron Building Society
Saffron Building Society increased rates and extended end dates to December on selected standard residential fixed rate products.
TSB – Intermediary & Direct
TSB have updated their Product Transfer range with various rate changes and end dates have been moved out to August.
West One Secured Loans Limited
West One has reduced rates on Secured Loans Apex 1 and increased LTV to 85% and made various criteria changes on second charge product ranges. They have increased the minimum fee to £895 for Apex 1, Apex 2 and BTL second charge mortgages. They no longer take into account unsatisfied CCJs and Defaults under £500 and improved CCJ/Default policy for Apex 1 and BTL second charge products. They have also reduced minimum property values for ex council houses to £100k up to 75% LTV.
