What we are looking for:
· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor in the UK.
· CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and Competent Advisor Status (CAS) is essential.
· Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and lender criteria.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
· A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
· Proficiency in mortgage software and tools (e.g., sourcing systems, CRM platforms).
