The Role
· Liaise with clients to discuss their financial goals, assess their mortgage needs, and understand their protection requirements.
· Provide comprehensive advice on mortgage options, including interest rates, terms, and repayment plans, while considering the client’s financial situation and preferences.
· Assess clients’ insurance and protection needs, including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and other related products.
· Stay up to date with industry regulations, ensuring all advice provided is compliant under FCA regulations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice throughout the mortgage and protection journey.
Who are we looking for?
· CeMAP or equivalent and attained CAS.
· Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
· In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and the lending criteria
· Familiarity with Protection products and the ability to discuss Protection needs with your clients.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
