HLPartnership has announced the appointment of Scott McAllister as senior recruitment manager, further strengthening its sales and recruitment team and reinforcing the network’s focus on supporting member firms with business growth and recruitment.
Scott brings extensive experience from senior roles within the mortgage and financial services sector. Most recently, he held dual positions at PRIMIS Mortgage Network as national recruitment director and regional sales director, where he specialised in adviser recruitment, retention, and business development. Earlier in his career, he spent over three years with Tenet Group, progressing from sales business development manager to regional business manager.
In his new role, Scott will work closely with HLPartnership’s appointed representative firms to help them expand their businesses through targeted recruitment strategies and tailored regional support. He will also collaborate with Tom Barnett, sales and recruitment director, to deliver on the network’s growth and development plans.
