HLPartnership has appointed Jason Whiteley as Regional Sales Manager reporting to Sales & Recruitment Director, Tom Barnett.
Jason will focus on network growth through strategic recruitment and sales initiatives. He will work closely with member firms, assisting them in expanding their market share and enhancing their operational strategies. His role will also involve attracting top industry talent to the network, thereby strengthening HLPartnership’s market position.
With a distinguished 30 year career in the financial services industry, Jason brings extensive expertise and leadership to his new role within the company.
Jason joins HLP from Just Mortgages (Self Employed Division), where he served as Area Director for over five years. In this role, he provided comprehensive support to brokers in the North of England and Scotland. Before joining Just Mortgages, Jason had a significant tenure at Reeds Rains, a national estate agency chain, where he was consistently recognised as one of the company’s most successful brokers. Over 13 years, he was featured among the top three brokers for a decade before transitioning into a management role.
